Absract. През 2017 г. в България е реализирано пилотно изследване по темата „Значимостта на ученето: анализ на връзките между гледните точки на ученици, родители и учители“. То си поставя за цел да отчете кои фактори оказват влияние върху детското учене в териториален регион със специфичен профил на населението. Проследено е влиянието на наследствени предиктори за степента на образованието и са изведени конкретни препоръки на база на изведените резултати.

THE IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING, ANALYZING THE PERSPECTIVES OF TEACHERS, PARENTS AND STUDENTS
Abstract. During 2017 a pilot study was conducted in Bulgaria on the subject of “The Importance of Learning, Analyzing the Perspectives of Teachers, Parents and Students”. It aims to identify the key factors that influence children’s learning in a predefined region with a specific population profile. The article traces the influence of hereditary predictors on the level of education and draws conclusions based on the results.

Absract. Студията разглежда приносните моменти в научното творчество на доц. д.н.к. Веселин Тепавичаров спрямо разработените и апробирани от него подходи за образование в межуетническа среда. Анализират се данни от проведено изследване в образователни институции в община Стралджа. Предлагат се примерни емпирико-теоретични модели за социално включване на деца от ромски произход спрямо ДОС по ГЗЕИО (2016 – МОН).

ПРЕДИЗВИКАТЕЛСТВАТА ЗА МЛАДИТЕ ХОРА ПРЕД ЕВРОПЕЙСКАТА ПРОГРАМА „ЕРАЗЪМ+“

Absract. Новият програмен период 2014 – 2020 г. стартира с нови оперативни програми, с нови предизвикателства към знанията, уменията и компетенциите относно проектния мениджмънт. Европейската програма за образование, обучение, младеж и спорт „Еразъм+“ стартира от януари 2014 г. и се базира на интегриран подход, който гарантира ефективно взаимодействие между всички сектори в областта на образованието, обучението, младежта и спорта. Тя има за цел да изгради стабилни партньорства между образованието и бизнеса за насърчаване на иновациите и конкурентоспособността, като същевременно насърчава заетостта със специален акцент върху борбата с младежката безработица. Програмата подкрепя дейности в сферата на: училищното образование, висшето образование, професионалното образование и обучение, образованието за възрастни, младежкия сектор. Сфери, в които ще се реализират студентите от педагогическите специалности. Факт е, че те нямат специализирана, задълбочена подготовка по тематиката и в тази връзка, целта ни бе да установим дали имат идеи, мотиви, склонности и желания към новите предизвикателства.
В статията се анализират данни от проучване относно предприемаческия профил на студентите, тяхната мотивация и готовност към иновациите.

THE CHALLENGES TO YOUNG PEOPLE THAT THE EUROPEAN PROGRAMME “ERASMUS+” POSES
Abstract. The new programme period 2014 – 2015 started with new Operational Programmes, new challenges to the knowledge, skills and competences regarding project management. The European Programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport “Erasmus+” started in January 2014 and is based on an integrated approach, which guarantees an effective interaction between all sectors in the field of education, training, youth and sport. It aims at building stable partnerships between education and business in order to encourage innovation and competitiveness while at the same time encouraging employment with a special focus on fighting youth unemployment. The programme supports activities in the field of: school education, higher education, vocational education and training, adult education, the youth sector. Fields in which students studying pedagogy will realize themselves. The fact is they don’t have specialized, detailed preparation for the topic and in relation to this our aim was to find out whether they have ideas, reasons, aptitudes and willingness to the new challenges.
The article analyses data from a survey on the entrepreneurial profile of students, their motivation and readiness for innovations.

Abstract. The paper outlines some of the main theoretical aspects of choosing and designing special software to teach children with minor mental retardation in the context of the various strategies for choosing the contents and objectives of the curriculum. Furthermore the article aims at summarizing some the most important features of the software designed or adapted for the needs of special education practice.

ICCS 2016 includes 24 countries / regions, including 16 in Europe, 5 in Latin America, and 3 in Asia. The Bulgarian study is organized and carried out by the Center for Assessment in Preschool and School Education.

Absract. За първи път международното изследване PISA 2015 включва специален модул „Решаване на проблеми в сътрудничество“, в който учениците решават задачи в екип с един, двама или повече виртуални партньори. Проучването е направено сред 15-годишни младежи от цял свят. Неговата основна цел е да се направи оценка дали учениците могат ефективно да участват в дейности за решаване на проблем съвместно с един или повече партньори, като споделят своите знания, умения и усилия за постигане на определен резултат.

PISA 2015 COLLABORATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING MODULE. CONCEPT OF THE STUDY, ANALYSIS OF RESULTS AND SAMPLE ISSUES
Abstract. For the first time, the international study PISA 2015 includes a special “Collaborative problem solving” module in which students solve team tasks with one, two or more virtual partners. The study was conducted among 15-year-olds from all over the world. Its main objective is to assess whether students can effectively engage in problem-solving activities with one or more partners sharing their knowledge, skills and efforts to achieve a certain outcome.
