Absract. Статията разглежда възможностите, които „смарт класната стая“ предлага на учениците и учителите в час. Наличието на смарт технологии в класната стая ще помогне за засилването на учебните дейности, тъй като всичко ще се случва по-бързо. Технологиите не само допринасят за напредъка на процеса на обучение, но и ангажират учениците с участие в групови образователни интерактивни занятия. Разгледани са два урока по математика в ІХ клас, проведени в „смарт“ класна стая.

THE SMART CLASSROOM – MYTH OR REALITY
Abstract. The article shows the possibilities that “Smart Classroom” offers to students and teachers in class. The presence of smart technologies in the classroom will help to enhance learning activities as everything will happen faster. Such technology not only contributes to the progress of the learning process, but also engages students to participate in group educational interactive classes. Two lessons in math class for the 9th grade, held in a “smart” classroom, are examined.

Absract. Статията разглежда основните причини за липсата на достатъчно кадри в системата на образованието. Посочени са резултати от няколко изследвания в тази посока, както и вижданията на преподаватели от цяла Европа за дейности, които биха били успешни в борбата с кризата в европейското образование.
Според авторите за преодоляването на проблема трябва да се повишат икономическият и общият социален статус на българския учител, което може да се осъществи освен чрез повишаването на работните заплати в сектора и чрез квалификация на учителите, въвеждане на системи за кариерно развитие, за диференцирано заплащане на труда, обвързани с резултатите на учениците, и за награждаване на учителите.

THE STAFF CRISIS IN EDUCATION
Abstract. The article examines the main reasons for lack of sufficient staff in the education system. Shown are results of several studies in this direction and the views of teachers from across Europe on activities that would be successful in combating the crisis of European education.
According to the authors, in order to overcome the problem, the economic and general social status of the Bulgarian teacher must be increased, which can be achieved by raising wages in the sector, by qualification of teachers and introducing systems for career development, for differentiated pay work tied to pupils’ results and for teacher rewards.

Absract. В настоящата статия е направен преглед на методологичната рамка и иконометричните модели, които са използвани за оценка на въздействието на активната политика на пазара на труда (АППТ) на индивидуално ниво в България. Разгледаните оценки обхващат периода 2000 – 2017 г. и са проведени от различни академични или приложно-изследователски екипи за целите на планиране и оценка на публичните политики в рамките на политиката по заетостта. Направен е опит да бъдат обобщени оценените нетни ефекти от тринадесет проведени оценки на различни мерки, програми и интервенции на пазара на труда, както и да бъде проследена динамиката на въздействието им във времето. В заключение са формулирани препоръки, които биха могли да допринесат за подобряване на оценяването на въздействието и формулирането на мерки и политики. Също така са разгледани ограниченията на АППТ за оказване на въздействие върху социално-икономическите процеси и са формулирани препоръки за по-ефективното ѝ провеждане.

IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF ACTIVE LABOUR MARKET POLICY ON AN INDIVIDUAL LEVEL IN BULGARIA: A REVIEW OF THE ASSESSMENTS MADE AND LESSONS LEARNED
Abstract. This article presents a review of the methodological approach and econometric models used to evaluate the impact of active labour market policy (ALMP) at individual level in Bulgaria. The discussed evaluations are conducted by various academic or applied research teams for the purposes of planning and evaluating public policies under employment policy and cover the period 2005-2017. Here, we attempt to summarize the net effects of thirteen evaluation reports that include assessment of various measures, programs and interventions on the labour market as well as to capture the dynamics of the impact over time. In conclusion, the authors show recommendations for improvement of both the evaluation and the policy formulation. Discussed are also the limitations of the ALMP to influence the socio-economic processes and formulate some recommendations on its effective and efficient implementation.

Извършен е анализ на законовата уредба на договора съгласно Закона за арендата в земеделието (ЗАЗ), както и съпоставката му с договора за наем по Закона за задълженията и договорите (ЗЗД). В изложението е разгледано Тълкувателно решение № 2/2015 от 20.07.2017 г., постановено по т.д. № 2/2015 г., на ОСГТК на ВКС, както и редица други съдебни актове на върховните съдилища.

GOLF TOURISM – COURSE SYLLABUS
Abstract. This course syllabus for teaching Golf Tourism in vocational schools provides reasonable coverage of the needed competencies. The guidelines were developed in accordance with the strong request expressed by the sector for the need to implement quality initial vocational training relevant to golf employers’ needs. It aims to provide reasonable coverage of different sectors of the golf industry, some of its key issues as well as essential tourism management principles, such as understanding consumer behavior, planning issues, developing a marketing plan, etc. The training modules include theoretical material, tutorials, project-based lessons, group workshop activities, project work. The teaching materials can be used in two ways: first, as separate activities related to Golf Tourism that can be integrated in Tourism classes, as well as an autonomous course for teaching Golf Tourism including lectures, seminars, workshops and small projects which can be implemented as an optional subject.

Absract. Чрез настоящата разработка представям дидактически игри, чиято цел е да се акцентира на уроците по памет в училище – важни, но не толкова широко застъпени в учебните програми по философски цикъл и история. Учителят има свободата да подбере и адаптира подобни задачи съобразно възрастта на учениците и преподавания предмет. Обществото ни е изправено пред необходимостта за възпитаване на младите хора в повече толерантност и взаимна подкрепа, като основен акцент са примерите от историята, които не бива да бъдат забравяни. И тук е ролята на учителя, който помага за формирането на тези ценности, като изправя ученика пред конкретни морални дилеми и възможности да анализира текстове, да прави собствени заключения за поуките от историческите събития.

THE HOLOCAUST TOPIC – A CHALLENGE FOR THE TEACHER AND STUDENTS
Abstract. This work presents didactic games aimed at emphasizing remembrance lessons at school – important, but not so widely used in philosophical cycle and history curricula. The teacher has the freedom to select and adapt similar tasks according to the age of the students and the subject. Our society faces the need to educate young people in more tolerance and mutual support, with the main focus being the examples of history that should not be forgotten. And here is the role of the teacher who helps to form these values by putting the student in front of specific moral dilemmas and opportunities to analyze texts, to make his own conclusions about the lessons learned from historical events.

Abstract. The matter of students’ individual work and the means for its organization have rich history. There are a variety of approaches taken in the researches of pedagogues, psychologists, didactologists аnd methodologists for solving the issue with the place and role of students’ individual work. It is necessary to distinguish individuality as a personality trait from individual work as a means of forming this trait. The nature of individuality as a human trait lies in students’ need and capability to find the answers for problems new to them and to figure out new ways for dealing with them. This character feature is formed in the process itself which might be reproducing or creative.

Absract. Целта на настоящата разработка е да представи дейността на литературен клуб „Ерато“ в ПМГ „Васил Друмев“ – Велико Търново, като форма за осмисляне на свободното време на учениците чрез ефективно задоволяване на специфичните им образователни нужди и предоставяне на възможности за предпочитана личностна изява и развитие на интелектуалния им потенциал. Изложението проследява основните моменти от организирането на третото поредно издание на литературния конкурс „Пролет в Търновград“. Анализирана е ролята на всяка конкретна дейност – изготвянето на статута в съдържателно и техническо отношение; изпълнената с много предизвикателства и изискваща сериозни знания по литература подготовка за участие с произведение; изготвянето на литературно-музикалния сценарий и провеждането на заключителния етап за развитието на творческия потенциал на учащите. Отделено е място за етапите от предпечатната подготовка на сборника с произведенията на участниците – сложен процес, изискващ сериозни информационно-технологични умения.

GOOD PRACTICES AND NEW FORMS OF INTEREST AND EXPRESSIONS OF CHILDREN AND STUDENTS (ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING A LITERARY CONTEST BY STUDENTS)
Abstract. The purpose of this paper is to present the activities of literary club ERATO at “Vasil Drumev” Science and Mathematics High School, Veliko Tarnovo, as a means of effectively making use of the students’ free time by meeting their specific educational needs and providing platform for their individual talents as well as developing their intellectual potential. The text focuses on the main points of the organization of the literary competition Spring in Tarnovgrad. It also analyses the role of each activity – the work on the contents and technical aspects of the of the Status; the preparatory work which includes a lot of challenges and requires in-depth knowledge of literature; the selection of the literary and musical works for the script of the event and the realization of the final stage for the development of the students’ creative potential. It also focuses on the drafting of the students’ collection of works, a very complex process which requires special IT skills.
