Absract. Конференцията за сигурност и сътрудничество в Европа е отражение колкото на процеса на разведряване между Изтока и Запада, толкова и на различията между двата блока. В статията са проследени главно преговорите в културната сфера, т. нар. Трета кошница, чийто главен източен „емисар“, чрез пълномощията на Москва, е България. От друга страна, Франция измежду западните страни оказва най-голямо влияние върху организацията на конференцията и изработените документи. Изследването показва ходовете и постъпките на София и Париж в отстояването на техните концепции.

DIPLOMATIC ROLE OF BULGARIA AND FRANCE TOWARDS THE HELSINKI FINAL ACT (1975)
Abstract. The Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe reflected the East-West détente’s relaxing tensions and the differences between the two camps as well. In this paper, mainly negotiations about cultural interactions, known as the Third basket – whose principal Eastern delegate, by Moscow authorization, was Bulgaria – are revealed. On the other hand, France, among the Western countries, had the most important influence on the arrangement of the Conference and the papers drawn up later. The research presents the démarches and the actions undertaken by Sofia and Paris in defence of their concepts.

Abstract.. Миграцията на мюсюлманите към Западна Европа придобива актуалност след Втората световна война, защото индустриите на западноевропейските държави се нуждаят спешно от работна ръка. След 1945 г. до началото на XXI век има 5 вълни на миграция на мюсюлмани към Западна Европа. Въпреки някои особености в политиката на отделните западноевропейски страни към мюсюлманите крайният резултат от тази политика води до създаване на паралелни мюсюлмански общности в рамките на западноевропейските общества. Това пречи за интеграцията на мюсюлманите. В религията мюсюлманите намират обединителна основа и тя започва да служи като база за създаване на идентичност. Постепенно мюсюлманите се превръщат в политически фактор, защото техният брой непрекъснато нараства. На повърхността се появява въпросът за интеграцията и за дезинтеграцията на мюсюлманите. Този въпрос застава в центъра на политическата дискусия.

THE MUSLIMS IN WESTERN EUROPE AFTER WORLD WAR II TILL THE BEGINNING OF XXI CENTURY
Abstract. The Migration of Muslims to Western Europe attains significance after the World War II, because in this part of the old continent workers are badly needed for the development of industries of Western European countries. After 1945 till the beginning of XXI century there were five waves of Migration of Muslims to Western Europe. Although the politics of Western countries has some peculiarities towards the Muslims, the end results of this policy builds up parallel communities within the societies of these countries. These parallel communities hinder the integration of Muslims. At the religion the Muslims find a rallying point and the religion serves as a base for creation of Identity. Gradually the Muslims become a political factor because their number increased constantly. On surface arise the question about the integration or disintegration of Muslims. This question is at the center of the political or scientific discussion.
