the\u00a0 goals\u00a0 of\u00a0stimulating emotional and personally-signi\ufb01cant experiences in the context of the\u00a0effective individualization and differentiation during pedagogical interaction in the\u00a0kindergarten. Results verify the relationship between gestures, used by teachers and\u00a0their registered levels of empathic concerns. Gestures are viewed as part of the\u00a0Teacher Behaviour Pro\ufb01le. The more empathic teachers are, the more frequently\u00a0they use gestures in their interactions with the children. This has a direct impact on\u00a0the learning achievements of the children.
