Since the birth of non-classical science starting with quantum theory in 1927, the language of contemporary physics and cosmology has been \u201cbeautified\u201d by a nosegay of pure theoretical constructs. Besides, the quantum phenomena display incompatible properties. An interpretation of the quantum theory to provide an understanding of its subject matter proved to be necessary. Thus the Copenhagen interpretation appeared together with quantum mechanics, which was prevalent till the end of the 80ies of the past century. Alternative interpretations have also appeared, the suggestions of which have been due to philosophical reasons, spreading among different versions of realism and subjectivism. It was Richard Feynman who declared: \u201cI think I can safely say that nobody understands quantum mechanics.\u201d The problem emerges then which of the following two cases must be preferred: that of a lack of interpretation, without which no understanding is possible, or that of several alternative interpretations \u2013 a case which also impedes understanding, since it is in need of only one of them. The paper discusses issues related to scientific method \u2013 its essence and evolution from na\u00efve induction to falsificationism. Special emphasis is placed on the \u2018Problem of Induction\u2019 and the classical issues raised by David Hume which stimulated the search for more refined scientific methods such as the Hypothetico-Deductive Method. The question in the paper is the following: Is it possible those famous scholars of the past to have given a solution to a problem of the goverment of the modern Bulgarian school? The author is trying to check how a modern interpretation on the matters of \u2018educational system\u2019 can coexist with the ideas of Loyola and Machiavelli. In the context of philosophy of education a few analogies can be made regarding the role of the leader, the authority and power of the leader and the role of the society. The main assumption is that the modern forms of government in social institutions such as schools are an imitation of the merging of civic and religious forms despite the separation of the state and the church. The present article focuses on Schopenhauer\u2019s differentiation of knowledge and it pays a special attention to the significance and foundations of the aesthetical or pure knowledge. In doing so, this article begins by explicating the theoretical knowledge in its representational foundations, opposed to the pure subject\u2019s knowledge. Accordingly, while referring to this problematization, we will interpret the role of madness as a phenomenon beyond time and space as forms of the principle of sufficient reason. The charisma is the individuality, uniqueness and difference of the subject to the masses, specifically interlaced with the in\ufb02 uence of the social environment and the culture. The charisma could be either a gift or a burden, either a mean or an obstacle, either dignifying or humbling, either self-creation or self-destruction.
