determination, field of relation, real, totality<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FIRST PRINCIPLES AND ELEMENTS OF METAPHYSICAL<br \/><\/strong><br \/><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The metaphysical is the absolute constituent of the philosophic reflection. But how it is constructed, what are its basic roots and principles. This paper brings the metaphysical to the opposition field-of-present &#8211; super-field, on which it is based, and follows this construction to the Aristotle\u2019s Metaphysics. But from this point on, the modern philoshophizing brings new beginnings, continuums, elements: the formation of the potentiality, of the supreme genus, the structure of a pure concept as an universal element of thinking. It turns out that the first principle of metaphysical grounds deeply into the formulation and the scheme of Aristotle\u2019s principle of contradiction, which Aristotle himself points as \u201cthe most reliable\u201d theorethical beginning. Kant, as well as Fichte and Hegel, transform it into a principle of determination, based on the inconditional act of self-positioning, which develops a concept by progressing towards the superfield of the general thinking. This self-developing turns the principle into construction, generating its own and new-risen field of the relation in the total and fully covered and inflected universum of the Absolute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assist. The aim is arguments to be presented for the following two statements. The first one is that claims for post-metaphysical thinking had been made before the explicit raising of this theme by J. Drifting away from the wholeness of truth, taken in the formal-technical comprehension of truth, which had been intrinsic to the classical metaphysical approaches of the 17th and 18th centuries, led to a certain reaction of destructive shove within the post-metaphysical thinking, as an attempt to reach the truth of the philosophical research in its authenticity. The following generally humanitarian intellectual situation though looses in a considerable extent the criterion of the truth as a constituitive beginning of its research, replacing it by a certain criterion of success in a certain academic field, something which determined the decline of the contemporary thinking. The main task of philosophy now, if it is supposed to be saved as philosophy, is to re-lay the criterion of the truth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assist. term \u201esubject\u201c in modern European philosophy is seen as a major premise of classical thinking. Accordingly, post-metaphysical thinking is related to uncovering the types of pre-reflective assumptions in the use of &nbsp;\u201esubject\u201c in the metaphysical thinking. Subject is the \u201e place \u201c of the deduction of ideas for the object, but it does not possess substantional characteristics and is teleologically secured. So, \u201esubject\u201c is a special form of self-certification (Heidegger) or will to power (Nietzsche). Post-metaphysical thinking is related to suspicion to the \u201epurity \u201cof the subjective view. Neither the pure perception nor the pure judgment exist, they are always the result of historical context and specific use. ORBIT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong>. The paper aims at laying down path-finding approaches to a balanced re-thinking of Dieter Henrich\u2019s (1955) critical analysis of Heidegger\u2019s reading of Kant. Both the interpretation and its analysis are highly influential in the context of contemporary philosophical debates across the continental\/analytic divide. It is well known that the hermeneutical epicenter of Kant and the Problem of Metaphysics is the identification of Kant\u2019s hypothetical \u201ecommon root \u201c of sensibility and understanding with the transcendental power for imagination. According to Henrich this allows for an account of Heidegger\u2019s Kantbuch as an unsuccessful attempt to escape from the Hegelian gravity of monist thinking the subjectivity of the subject. As far as in the speculative logic\u2019s peak of force there is no longer room for thinking of\/through faculties of the mind, the \u201eintrasubjective teleology\u201c of Kant\u2019s critical metaphysics is fully forgotten. Thus, the reconstruction of traditional metaphysical debates about the monism\/pluralism of pre\/pro-cognitive forces and faculties is of crucial importance for both Henrich\u2019s analysis and my attempt to reconsider it. problematizing the justification of pessimism in Schopenhauer\u2019s philosophy on one hand, and on the other hand &#8211; and the poetical and dialogical attempt of Giacomo Leopardi. Accordingly, while referring to both concepts, this paper will explore the actual possibility for interpretation of pessimism not only as an individual phenomenon, manifested in ontological aspect, but also as a form of speculation, by which a complete and comprehensive interpretation of the existence could be revealed. The justification and systematic explication of pessimism in Schopenhauer\u2019s work reveals projections for a new kind of understanding of the relation pessimism-nihilism, where the premise is to introduce the idea of nihilism as antithesis of pessimism. truths, Job<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEV SHESTOV, LEV TOLSTOY AND REVELATIONS &nbsp;OF DEATH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The text deals with Lev Shestov\u2019s attempts to deconstruct the traditional metaphysics based on reason and neglecting death as a fundamental question of philosophic study. Shestov\u2019s obsession with death is explained, not only by his main \u201egroundless\u201c attitude, but also by some facts of his biography. It is shown how this strong anti-metaphysic attitude and the struggle against the self-evident truths, result into specific existentialist philosophy of faith. According to Shestov, philosophy is a way of life and not just theoretic reflection. That is why Lev Shestov referred to Leo Tolstoy as a philosopher par excellence. The text analyses Shestov\u2019s fascination by some late writings of Tolstoy, especially by his story \u201eDiary of a madman\u201c, interpreted by the Russian philosopher as a real revelation of death.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Nina Dimitrova, D.
