CONCEPTUALIZING AND TECHNOLOGIZING OF THE IDEA OF MIXED-CLASSICAL AND E-TEACHING IN HIGHER EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n


Abstract.<\/strong> The article discusses two different perspectives of analyzing the idea of a mixed type of classical and e-teaching in higher education. The idea behind the article is to build a conceptual defense of the problem through the means of speculative thinking, on one hand, and on the other – to verify the possibility of a technological interpretation through a survey of the opinion of the university students. The research done and the survey conducted show that a mixed type of teaching of this kind does not change and could not change the essential characteristics of higher education. Such mixed education is yet another attempt for modernization of higher education through the means of technology which can not guarantee the humanist idea that every change should be primarily that of value. Despite the essential differences between conceptualizing and technologizing, however, education is one of the few scientifi c and sociological spheres where the relation between them is necessary.<\/p>\n

The application of the research results in the school context should help us understand and support the improvement of the quality of schooling nationally. SCIENTIFIC PRESENTATION AS A SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENT AND AS AN ALLYING SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n


Abstract.<\/strong> This concise material shares the author\u2019s personal but professional conception of the scientifi c review as a special type of text genre. The purpose of the scientifi c review is presented as a personal sensation for \u201cspiritual parentship\u201c – the relative specifics of the review genre \u2013 groups of relative components, and the genre characteristics of the \u201cforming\u201c consultative review are also presented. At a text level, the scientifi c review possesses the most masterly language \u2013 a word for becoming allied and for the survival of shared common ideas. I do believe that the formation of such an attitude towards the mother language is not just means of communication or (self-)identifi cation, but that the initial Word (the thought-will-expression-deed unity) will show every person \u2013 whether a child or an adult, to be a human \u2013 i.e. to recognize the true strength of the materializing thought and of the worth-while matter. Review as a mutual assessment at school being thought over and offered in this responsible way to young people is one of the hidden hallenges and trials given to us to test our human-level intelligence. Shouldn\u2019t we consider the introduction of a genre or experience in a \u201cstudent review\u201c?<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> This article considers the sources and formation of social work in Kazakhstan. Features of social protection of population during the historical periods of Kazakhstan\u2019s development are revealed. A great value is given to the issues of social protection of population, practice of social work organization in modern conditions. The article highlights the stages of formation related to the system of social protection of the population in Kazakhstan, and to the structure of managing the system of social protection of population at the present stage. The authors present the system of social welfare of population in the Republic of Kazakhstan and issues of social workers training. Besides, the article defi nes the prospects of social work development in the Republic of Kazakhstan taking into account integration into the world community.<\/p>\n

The parameters of the positive social, supportive environment are established which guarantees freedom, equality, equal opportunity and access to education for all. We offer this unconventional but highly productive model of occupational therapy using the potential of the emotional-volitional sphere to promote the overall mental, physical and cognitive development of the children with special educational needs (SEN). The effectiveness of the PEOP-model for the emotional wellbeing of children with SEN is examined through especially developed teaching technology for establishing their level of confi dence, activity and mood.<\/p>\n
