An analysis of sources revealed that approximately 30% of students in higher education institutions in various countries do not complete their studies. Research confirms that one of the contributing factors is a low level of intrinsic motivation among applicants and students in general. The ability to identify internal motivation at the selection stage can help reduce the number of students dropping out during their studies.
